Prices are per copy. Your total is your quantity multiplied by the price per copy. Shipping is included in every price above. If your quantity falls just below a price break, we will quote you the better rate. Ordering both titles together? Ask for a combined quote.
How to order
Email orders@thefirsthour.org or call 931-343-5811 with the titles, quantities, and shipping address. We will send you a quote and an invoice, payable by bank transfer, ACH, or check. A W-9 is available on request.
Orders are paid in full before shipping. There are no accounts, no invoicing terms, and no minimums beyond the quantities listed.
Delivery
Books are printed to order. Manufacturing and delivery estimates are based on the quantity ordered and the shipping speed selected, and actual manufacturing times fluctuate with overall printing volume. Books ship once payment clears. We confirm your delivery estimate before invoicing, so you know the date in advance. Faster shipping does not shorten manufacturing time. Large orders may arrive in more than one shipment.
If you need copies by a specific date — a conference, a training, a distribution event — tell us before you order and we will confirm whether it can be met.
For nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations
Tell us when you request the quote and we will zero the tax line. If you are purchasing for resale, send your resale certificate with the order.
